Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
- To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. If you need an exchange, please email us with photos of the product.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used supplements
- Digital gift cards or downloadable products
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
