LumiVita Return & Refund Policy

At LumiVita, we want you to love your wellness journey! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. If you need an exchange, please email us with photos of the product.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Digital gift cards or downloadable products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
